RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
• Should a customer wish to return or exchange any goods purchased in store within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange the goods or refund the value by reversing the transaction against the customer’s credit card, or by issuing a cash refund or a gift card for the equivalent amount.
A receipt or invoice must be presented for a refund, which is further subject to the following:
– The goods must be unworn or unused, with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached;
– The goods must be in a saleable condition;
– For hygiene reasons, underwear may not be returned or exchanged;
– Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
• Should a customer wish to return unused goods after 30 days from date of purchase, they will not be entitled to a refund, but may exchange goods or receive a gift card to the same value.
• Defective merchandise will be credited or exchanged provided such goods are returned to us within sixty days of delivery, and subject to proof of purchase being provided. We regret that we will not be able to refund or exchange apparel or footwear where there has been improper care or excessive wear, or where the items are found not to be defective, but damaged by the user.
